Floor Underlayment

The BH Group is an approved applicator of the full line of premium Maxxon floor underlayments. This extensive line includes both gypsum and Portland based self leveling products, in addition to sound deadening systems, to meet and exceed various types of construction requirements. These products and systems are engineered to obtain UL fire ratings, Sound Transfer Control (STC), and Impact Isolation Control (IIC) building codes.

Maxxon floor underlayments and sound control systems provide multiple unique properties including:
