BH Group, LLC, was formed in 2005 to acquire the assets of the contracting group Hoge, Warren, Zimmerman. BH Group has continued to grow and now operates throughout the Southeastern US and is now comprised of several companies performing specialty concrete applications.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, BH Group has affiliates in various locations including Nashville, Tennesee, Atlanta, Georgia, and multiple locations in Florida: Pensacola, Orlando, Tampa and Pompano Beach.
